Despite the mild winter we have had in Nanaimo, we are very excited to welcome Spring at Kleijn Nurseries and Garden Centre. We are located in the south end of Nanaimo, near the airport. We are again growing to better serve our loyal customers and eager to meet the discerning expectations of new friends.

We are getting ready for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th, our busiest time of the year due to our popular hanging baskets. Our flower baskets are handcrafted on site with our own soil, top quality plants and love.

With care and water, you can expect a long lasting display of bold colors.

We also want to highlight some of our practices:

• We source our product with care for the nature around us, especially the bee population
• No pesticide or herbicide is used on our land.
• We have on site honey bees, working hard to naturally pollinate our plants
• …and you can even take home their sweet nectar, produced right here. Take home the very best local honey!
